DELIVERY & RETURN

 

Wardrob aims to provide a shipping experience that is free of hassle and problems. We deliver as per our lead times as accurately as possible, following it with utmost importance.

We hope that you are happy and satisfied with your purchases, in the event, you are not and would like to return the product then the following shall be applicable:

Exchange and Return is unavailable due to the ongoing situation of the pandemic, keeping in light safety protocols. We are also unable to accept cash on delivery for orders due to the same.

  1. Returns

Due to hygiene concerns, we are not able to accept any returns for products at the moment. All products are made accurately as per the size charts. Please refer to the chart for measurements before placing your order with us.

  1. Exchange  

Due to hygiene concerns, we are not able to accept any exchanges for products at the moment. All products are made accurately with no defects as they go through thorough quality checks.

  1. Sale

In the event of sale, products once sold are considered final purchases and they cannot be exchanged or returned.

  1. Shipping & Tracking
  • Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination authority/customs clearance processes.
  • For standard purchases you can expect your order to be delivered in a maximum of 12 working days. For orders with customisations, the delivery can take up to 15 working days.
  • Once an order has been processed it won’t be possible for us to change the delivery address.
  • If multiple items have been purchased, please be aware that each product may be delivered to you at different times/dates.
  • In order to track your order, please refer to the email that was sent with the tracking number.
  • We do not charge for delivery for any domestic orders. Shipping for international orders is calculated at the time of checkout, subject to difference in amount depending on location and order weight.

  1. Payment Methods

We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, RuPay. We offer the option to pay via PayTm, UPI or net banking as well.
