Refund policy
Despite the Covid-19 pandemic, we are accepting returns and product exchanges by maintaining the highest norms of hygiene and safety measures. For returns, we can refund you the entire amount of the product in the form of 'Wardrob Store Credits', which would allow you to spend those on our website. If you would like a monetary refund, you can choose to have the amount reversed into your original payment methods for prepaid orders or leave your bank/upi details for COD orders. Note: This will be adjusted for shipping costs.
This will be discussed by our agent who will handle your returns and the settlement will be done within 5-7 working days of receiving the returned order to our warehouse.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that we accept returns upto 5 working days from the customer receiving the order.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
