Shipping policy
- Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination authority/customs clearance processes.
- For standard purchases you can expect your order to be delivered in 7-15 working days. Please expect some delays as this is due to extremely high demand coupled with slowdowns due to the pandemic. For orders with customisations, the delivery can take up to 20-25 working days.
- Once an order has been processed it won’t be possible for us to change the delivery address.
- If multiple items have been purchased, please be aware that each product may be delivered to you at different times/dates.
- In order to track your order, please refer to the email that was sent with the tracking number.
- Shipping for international orders is calculated at the time of checkout, subject to difference in amount depending on location and order weight.
- We have gift cards available. Please get in touch for more details.
Cash on Delivery
- Our Cash on Delivery is available across most products, with or without an additional fee depending on product type, availability etc. at our discretion.
- We also provide Cash on Delivery on made to order products. However, a 20% advance is charged on these products and out agent will get in touch with you regarding this advance payment.
Payment Methods
We offer Cash on Delivery (India Only), Bank Deposit & Card payment options. We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, RuPay. We offer the option to pay via PayTm, UPI or net banking as well.
